Birthday Carrot Cupcakes
Carrot cupcakes are definitely my favourite and this is the tried and tested recipe from BBC Food that I've found to be the best: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/470640/carrot-and-cream-cheese-cupcakes. I'd definitely recommend adding the juice of the orange into the mix, because otherwise, it's too dry.
I use the frosting in the recipe as well because it's not too cheesy.
